At Arundel Road Garage we have access to genuine manufacturers parts as well as aftermarket parts for all makes and models. Additionally, we use a high-quality engine oil on all of our customer vehicles, matched to the manufacturers specification. When you add this to a fully equipped workshop and knowledgeable and efficient technicians, it makes sense to book your service here?

Oil, Interim and Full Services

We carry out Oil, Interim and Full services as per mileage and previous service history. For transparency we always keep all worn parts from your vehicle, should you wish to see what and why it was replaced.

During the service, we check various points of the vehicle. If we find an issue with any of these points, we will contact you to advise you of the situation and discuss timings and costings with you too. Whilst your safety is our priority we never repair or replace without discussing and gaining your permission first.

Furthermore, said items will be written alongside general service comments on your service, on an Industry Standard Service Sheet for your reference.

If we can carry out the further works on the day, we will, however sometimes it is necessary, especially if not deemed dangerous, to re-book your car in.

When comparing prices, do find out exactly what is included in the Service. Note that ‘Service’ is a word used to describe anything from a simple oil change through to a full annual – hence the ‘from only £99’ offers you may see.

Regular Maintenance and Servicing

Regular vehicle maintenance and servicing will maximise the lifespan and value of your car.

Due to the European Block Exemption 2003 we, as an independent garage, happily and legally service lots of vehicles that are still under manufacturers warranty without jeopardising the contract. However genuine parts must be used. The exemption was brought about and instated to prevent anti-competitive practices and abuse of companies dominant market positions – therefore allowing independent garages access to information etc.
