A hugely important factor of safety as your tyres are the only part of your car that actually touches the road. Our conscientious technicians can carry out a tyre check and tell you if you need new tyre(s) and replace them as necessary. Naturally this is also part of a Vehicle Service too.

Tyre supply, fit and alignment

We can supply and fit all top manufacturers, from premium, mid-range and budget and our price will always include valve and wheel balance*. When we replace your tyre(s) we test your tyre pressures as standard. EU certified tyres will ensure a minimum level of wet grip, noise and rolling resistance.

Wheel alignment (Tracking) is also available and this will ensure your new tyres wear evenly increasing the life of the tyres, ultimately saving you money.

The legal limit in the UK for the minimum depth of your tyres is 1.6mm across the central three quarters of the tread. Please note that in Europe it is 3mm, so consider this before taking your car abroad to avoid any on-the-spot fines.

When possible we can repair over replace, however it is good to remember that any decent garage will be adhering to BSAU159F : 1997 a British standard. This defines the number of repairs, size and where the damage is located before a repair can be carried out. Tread limit, damage to bead, cords exposed or deteriorated rubber will also determine the decision.
